Cognivity CIC Programmes

Overview

Cognivity offer a supportive environment for people who are looking to explore creative experiences to help manage and maintain positive mental health.

In order to help you achieve your aims, there is a flexibility to work independently, in your own time, or towards a goal through supportive and encouraging sessions. Within sessions, an experienced tutor and coach in education (Art & Design) and health – particularly adults experiencing mental ill health, is there to support.

Sessions are held each Thursday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Sherwell Church Hall, North Hill, Plymouth, PL4 8ER at a cost of £5.
