The growing challenges of poor mental health in the workplace poses great risks to both employees, their famileis and employers. This Mental Health and Wellbeing Symposium brings together local experts, local and National Mind Charities with Employers to share know-how and to provide practical case studies to support West of England employers to explore how to reduce the risks, find support for employees and to mitigate mental health issue within the workplace. Our symposium is kindly hosted by Cedars Hall, award winning concert and seminar venue in the stunning City of Wells, Somerset and precedes the Music for the Mind Charity Concert, if you care to make a day of it. This symposium is being organised as part of the Music for the Mind Fundraising Initiative which you can read more about here
